The Brand

Three themes that define Élevé.

Every piece of content should ladder up to one of these. They're the spine of the brand — when in doubt, ask: which theme is this serving?

01
Identity

What Élevé Is

A women's community built on real support, no competition, no pressure to be perfect. Just momentum, accountability, and elevation together. For ambitious women, mamas, entrepreneurs, and the ones refusing to settle.

02
Atmosphere

What Élevé Feels Like

Stepping into a room of women who get you. Supported, never judged. Motivated without burnout. Discipline meets compassion — strong from the inside out.

03
Outcome

What Women Gain

A full system — strength training that fits real life, postpartum-friendly movement, simple nutrition, mindset tools, and a community that moves with purpose. Not just workouts. Evolution.

Content Strategy

Four pillars to balance every week.

Aim for a mix across pillars each week. If a single week leans too heavy on one (especially Offer), the audience tunes out. Educational and Personal posts earn the right to sell.

i

Educational / Fitness Tip

Quick value. Postpartum core, strength training reframes, nutrition tips. Builds credibility and trust without selling. Low-lift, high-shareability.

ii

Personal / Relatable

Marcela's story, day-in-the-life, the mama-and-coach reality. Builds emotional connection. The "why I built this" moments live here.

iii

Social Proof / Client Wins

Real transformations, check-in screenshots, "what my clients said this month." Proves the claims before any pitch lands.

iv

Offer / Promotional

Brand identity, what's inside the program, soft CTAs and clear invites. The pitch lands because the other three pillars set it up.

Voice & Tone

Always Marcela. Never generic fitness coach.

Warm, supportive, fun, relatable, and bold without being preachy. Like a friend who happens to know her stuff. Encouraging but direct — never sugarcoats, never harsh. Real and human.

Sounds Like

  • "Let me actually tell you what this is."
  • "This isn't a workout plan. It's a system."
  • "Boring beats brilliant when brilliant doesn't last."
  • "You're not just getting stronger. You're rising."

Never Sounds Like

  • "Crush your goals" / "no excuses" / "beast mode"
  • "Babe" / "girlies" used hollowly for effect
  • Empty hype or filler affirmations
  • Corporate fitness jargon, "synergy," "optimize"
The Funnel

Where every post leads.

Instagram content → ManyChat DM automation → HubSpot lead tracking → Trainerize for active clients. Captions should always have a soft CTA that pushes into this funnel — usually a DM keyword or a comment trigger.

The Big Goals

What you're working toward.

Update the numbers as you go. Every post in the calendar should be in service of one of these.

This Month

The focus right now.

Big goals are abstract. Monthly focus is concrete. This is what every week's content should be quietly working toward.

The numbers that matter.

Quick-glance metrics, manually logged. The point isn't precision — it's noticing trends so you can adjust before something becomes a problem.

Production

Shoot Day Plan

Batch-film the week's content in one or two sessions from Marcela's home setup. Each shoot block lists what to capture and the tone to aim for.

Session One — The Brand Reels
~2 hours

Includes: Reel 1 (What Élevé Is), Reel 2 (What Élevé Feels Like), Reel 3 (What Women Gain)

These three are the brand-heavy pieces. Film them in the same headspace so the tone stays consistent. Two outfit changes is enough — you're shooting for grid variety, not for distinct looks.

Capture priority: Real coaching moments — Marcela on a Zoom call, voice-noting a client, typing into Trainerize, demoing a movement to the phone camera. The whole point is showing virtual coaching as the product, not a workaround. Lean into the home setup, not away from it.
Session Two — Tip + Social Proof
~45 min

Includes: Tuesday's educational tip reel, Thursday's social proof reel

Lighter shoot. Both are quick and can be filmed in workout clothes Marcela's already in. If she has client permission and existing screenshots, Thursday becomes a 20-minute edit instead of a full shoot.

Before the shoot: Confirm client permission for the social proof reel if going with Format A (real client win). Pull any existing screenshots, voice notes, or check-in moments from the past month that could be used as B-roll.
CapCut Editing Notes

Editing by reel type.

Brand Reel — Identity

Medium pacing. Pause on key lines ("to rise," "we rise together"). Text overlays only on hook + CTA. Music: cinematic, building, feminine-strong. Warm, slightly desaturated grade.

Brand Reel — Atmosphere

Slower pacing. Let breaths land, let silences exist. Ambient sounds under VO (typing, voice notes, soft chatter). Soft, emotional music — piano or strings. Minimal text overlays.

Brand Reel — Offer

Faster pacing. Each spoken benefit gets its own B-roll cut. Light text overlays for each pillar (Strength · Nutrition · Mindset · Community). Confident, momentum-driven music. Brighter grade.

Tip / Social Proof

Quick hook overlay (1–2 seconds). Either talking head OR voiceover with B-roll — pick one, don't mix. Captions burned in. Music: mid-tempo, present but not loud. Punchy.
